The GCS do not apply to professionals.A professional is any natural or legal person, public or private, acting for purposes within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including when acting in the name or on behalf of another professional.

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his or her right of withdrawal and return the products to the seller, provided they are in their original condition. Return and refund procedures are specified in the seller’s return policy.

Upon receipt of the order, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the products delivered. Ownership of the products is transferred upon delivery to the buyer. Until this date, the seller retains full ownership of the products.
The risks of loss, theft or deterioration of the products are transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery. The buyer is therefore responsible for the products as soon as they are received, and must take all necessary measures to protect them.
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the order, the seller reserves the right to reclaim the products delivered. In the event of reclamation, the buyer undertakes to return the products concerned, at his own expense and risk.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the products after delivery and as a result of their use by the buyer.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties.
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal by notifying the seller of his decision in a clear and unequivocal manner, by registered mail or by any other means that provides proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and accompanied by all accessories and documents supplied. The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the seller agrees to pay for them.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the present conditions, the seller undertakes to reimburse the purchaser within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, products customized to the buyer’s specifications, sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, and products that have been unsealed by the buyer after delivery.
In the event of non-conformity of the products delivered or a hidden defect, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to return them. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and accompanied by all accessories and documents supplied.
The buyer must inform the seller of his intention to return the products by contacting him by e-mail at contact@cyanide-studio.com. The seller will indicate the return procedure and may, if necessary, provide a prepaid return label.
In the event of non-conformity of the products or hidden defect, the return costs will be borne by the seller. In all other cases, return costs will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of a return in compliance with the present conditions, the seller undertakes to reimburse the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, or to make an exchange at the buyer’s request.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return of products. The buyer is advised to choose a return method with tracking and insurance.
In the event of a return in accordance with the conditions set out in article 8, the seller undertakes to reimburse the purchaser within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used to place the order, unless the purchaser expressly agrees to another method of reimbursement. If the refund is made by bank transfer, the purchaser must provide full bank details.
The initial delivery costs will be refunded to the buyer only in the event of a total return of the order.
In the event of delay or non-receipt of the refund, the buyer is invited to contact the seller’s customer service department in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

These General Conditions of Sale for Products are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Nanterre, except for disputes involving non-traders, for which the rules of legal jurisdiction apply.
